This October, CFRC welcomed Ryan Ewing, the author and illustrator of the local 'zine collection Pocket Thoughts to run workshops related to the development and construction of DIY zines. The CFRC team, led by Neshan Tung (host, Salt Licked in Rapture, is working with Ewing to develop a fun Funding Drive Eats & Beats-themed zine with volunteer-driven content. We're aiming for fun artwork, stories, recipes, playlists and more! Stay tuned for the unveiling later this fall during our annual Funding Drive!
In the meantime, Pocket Thoughts zines make lovely stockin' stuffers! Pick up a few of these lovely quirky little gems through Ewing's Pocket Thoughts Etsy page today! #supportlocalartists!
