Northeast Shrine Association hosts 2024 Fall Field Days in Kingston, Sept. 19–22
September 18, 2024
Kingston, Ontario – The Northeast Shrine Association will host its 2024 Fall Field Days in Kingston from Thursday, September 19 to Sunday, September 22. More than 300 Shriners and their family members from the northeastern United States, Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada will meet in downtown Kingston. The group will have a series of business meetings to discuss, among other things, their collective commitment to and support of the Shriners Children's network of nonprofit pediatric medical facilities, including the Shriners Pediatric Specialty Care facility at Montreal Children's Hospital.
In addition, and as Shriners always do, they will take the opportunity of their gathering to have fun. They take great pleasure in inviting residents and visitors to join them at two events:
-
The Shriners Mini-Bike, Mini-Car, and Motorcycle Competitions that will take place in the Richardson Stadium Parking Lot between 7–9 am on Saturday, September 21.
-
The Shriners Parade starting at 1 pm at the corner of Union Street and Sir John A. Macdonald Boulevard, and proceeding along Union Street, through the Queen's University campus to the Frontenac County Courthouse.
As is always the case with the Shriners, these family-friendly events will be colourful, exuberant, and exciting!
