Kingston post office and processing facility at 120 Clarence Street temporarily closed on Friday

Media Advisory from Canada Post: The Kingston Post Office and processing facility at 120 Clarence Street is closed today, Friday, June 26, as we undertake building operation maintenance. A sign has been posted on the post office door advising customers.

With this facility closed, retail services will not be available at this location. Mail delivery and customer pickups are also on hold for Kingston addresses and the communities served by this facility:

  • Kingston addresses: only those with postal codes starting with K7K, K7L, K7M, K7N and K7P.
  • Addresses in the following communities with postal code starting with K0H: Arden, Bath, Cloyne, Denbeigh, Elginburg, Hartington, Inverary, Odessa, Parham, Seelys Bay, Sharbot Lake, Stella, Sydenham, Verona, Wolfe Island.
  • Addresses in Gananoque with postal code starting with K7G.

We plan on resuming all postal services and mail delivery at the Clarence Street facility on Monday once the maintenance work is completed.

Customers can continue to access postal services at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 136 Princess Street, less than 250 metres away. The post office is open Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from noon to 4 pm.
