Kingston Buskers Rendezvous Expands Children's Programming with Exciting New "Juggle Junction"

July 7, 2025

Kingston, ON – [Monday, July 7, 2025] – Thanks to generous support from the Experience Ontario program, the 2025 Kingston Buskers Rendezvous is expanding its family-friendly offerings with a full slate of free activities for kids.

Debuting this year is Juggle Junction, a brand-new kids’ play zone located in Confederation Park. This vibrant, interactive space is designed to entertain and inspire young festival-goers with hands-on activities, live music, and plenty of room to play. The area features three inflatable bouncy houses, a colouring tent with giant collaborative tables, and a Busker Bootcamp, where kids can try their hand at circus skills like juggling, beatboxing, balloon twisting, and more—taught by real street performers!

Juggle Junction will also feature live music performances that the whole family can enjoy. Parents and kids alike are invited to sing and dance along with local favourites like Rideau Street Guitar Circle, Roger James, and more.

“We’re thrilled to be able to expand our programming this year with the help of Experience Ontario,” says Sandi Griffiths, events manager with the Downtown Kingston Business Improvement Area. “Juggle Junction adds a whole new level of fun for families and gives kids a chance to be part of the magic that makes Buskers so special.”

All children’s activities at Juggle Junction are free and will be running throughout the festival, July 10–13, in Confederation Park.
