Friday in the Gardens features drag performers tonight, Aug. 4

Friday in the Gardens, a new event series hosted by the City of Kingston and Cataraqui Centre, will be showcasing some of the city’s best drag performers today, Friday, Aug. 4. 

Get ready for an unforgettable evening featuring Rowena Whey, Tyffanie Morgan and Dare de la Femme in the Lion Civic Gardens. The fun starts at 5 p.m. with fitness activities and food, with the drag performances taking place from 6 to 9 p.m. This free event is fun for the whole family. 

Sit on the grass or bring your chair and make yourself comfortable for an entertaining night. Parking is available at the Cataraqui Centre and the Isabel Turner Branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library. 

The next and final event in the Friday in the Gardens series will be on Aug. 18 featuring a movie night, food and activities.
