Cataraqui Conservation, through the Cataraqui Source Protection Area, is in the process of completing a Section 36 Amendment to the Cataraqui Source Protection Plan, Assessment Report and Explanatory Document, under the Clean Water Act, 2006.
Public Consultation and feedback starts Wednesday, February 28, 2024. The Comment window is open until April 3, 2024.
