Dig Into Discovery This March Break at the Library!
March 9, 2026
This March Break, young adventurers of all ages are invited to uncover the Hidden Depths of learning, imagination and fun with a full lineup of engaging, free and family-friendly programs at the Kingston Frontenac Public Library (KFPL).
From Monday, March 16 to Friday, March 20, KFPL branches and community spaces across Kingston and Frontenac County will be buzzing with discovery-inspired activities that invite children and families to explore what lies beneath the surface — from fossils and soil to tunnels and burrows. Dive into themed events that spark curiosity and creativity.
“We’re so excited to welcome children and families for a full week of fun, hands-on learning,” says Liz Coates, Manager of Programming and Outreach at KFPL. “March Break is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community, and we’re incredibly grateful to be partnering with organizations like Let’s Talk Science, the Miller Museum of Geology, the Great Lakes Museum and Sandy Pines Wildlife to bring these engaging experiences to life.”
