A short time away in a venue very, very near - the Kingston Symphony deep dives Star Wars
January 7, 2026
Never before has there been such a rich and incredible symphonic cinematic universe as we are so lucky to have with Star Wars. Join the Kingston Symphony for a concert that showcases the original music from the Star Wars films and television series - the nine canon films, The Mandalorian, Rogue One, and more! The force will certainly be with you for this thrilling event.
From the thunderous march of the Imperial fleet to the haunting beauty of twin suns over Tatooine, this concert brings the saga’s most iconic scores to life in a breathtaking live performance. In past seasons we have touched on Star Wars in several programs, but never in such depth as we will be exploring this time around. Hear music by the legendary John Williams from the nine canon films. Admire the newest additions to the evolving Star Wars universe, like the Emmy-winning score of The Mandalorian by Ludwig Göransson as well as some of the stirring themes of Rogue One by Michael Giacchino.
Whether you're a lifelong Jedi or a newly minted Padawan, this concert is a must-see celebration of cinematic music, heroic themes, and galactic adventure.
