The Polaris Prize longlist was unveiled this past Thursday (http://polarismusicprize.ca/). What are your thoughts about it? Here at It’s After the End of the World (Sunday 12am-1am), we are a little disappointed about the high number of well-established artists and repeat nominees/winners. Or maybe we’re just sore that no one asked our opinion. So we’re going to give it unsolicited! Tune in this Sunday night to hear some Canadian acts that have been left out of the spotlight. Sure, the Broken Social Scene record is great, but it’s a big country. Let’s discover more of it!
